Domestic Scuffle: Husband kills wife after argument

SUKKUR: A woman was shot dead by her husband over a minor issue in the Post Office Muhalla within the limits of Jacobabad City police station on Saturday. Khawand Bux Marhata pulled out his pistol and opened fire on Imtiaz Khatoon after a heated exchange of words, killing her on the spot. Marhata fled the scene, while his wife’s body was handed over to relatives after a post-mortem in Civil hospital. No case was registered till the filing of this report.
