During a press conference in Islamabad, Dar said his ministry had come up with two budgets in just 13 months and it has made sure the allocation of resources was in the favour of the poor as well as the youth.
“How can Imran Khan deny the amount we have allocated for the benefit of the poor segment,” he said, adding that PTI leaders should have considered the actual figures and ground realities before unleashing their unjust criticism.
“It is simply an unfair analysis by PTI,” he said.
While listing the steps taken by the government for the welfare of the public, Dar said Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz increased the allowance to needy families by 50%, subsidized urea, removed sales tax on purchase of tractors and provided insurance for crops and livestock.
“We have covered all sectors of the economy and as always, we are open to suggestions from any party,” he said.

You cannot map Nandipur on 24000 MW projects, first do you reject this number, 24000 MW? Nandi pur was supposed to be completed in Dec 2014 technically and it has been closed because it was not affordable to run it on Diesel which cost 42 rs per unit. By dec, it will input furnace oil which was what it was designed for. Ambitious media has made it a mountain. Having said that, China has initiated 10,400 MW projects last week. I hope it is still in our memories.
@4G: Please take a look from broader perspective. If you cannot comprehend how 4G will generate half a million jobs, research this further.

PTI should defeat PML (N) through projects in their territory (KPK), this is not the way of doing politics, every party can do long march. Gathering 0.5 million people from our country for protest and long march is not a big deal, any party can do it but it would not be beneficial for our country. If PTI claims change then they have to prove it, they have mandate in KPK and government as well, they should prove them self in smaller responsibility despite asking for greater responsibility (PM).
Every one knows the credibility of PTI and its leader and its white papers.

Dar Sahib, there is a vast difference in figuring out fiscal planning between an economist, financial analyst, charted accountant, and fiscal planner. Bureaucrats are absolutely not Entrepreneurs, Businessman, Traders, or Rekriwalas. Bureaucrats have established to think on their own profitable terms and thats how business laws are structured. We pay Tax, We file Income Tax as well Sales Tax. How come the Citizens of Pakistan blatantly denied Monetary Benefit reaching retirement age 60 years and over. The Income Tax Return Filers are denied no benefit in their retirement yet required to file income tax return to pay for Bureaucrats retirements, Military, Public Employee, Provincial Employee and those served in Governance. Pakistan being quoted as Highest Tax Country yet the Citizens of Pakistan Purposely Left Out. Please take us into consideration, We are Tax Return Filers. No wonder Tax Return Filers are Shrinking. Pakistan Paindabad.

Ok guys here is sum: Even if PMLN first year delivered 3.1% growth rate and not 4.3% as ET said, it is still in comparison with Musharraf's first 3 years. Now look at those numbers:
2000: 3.9% 2001: 1.9% 2002: 3.1%
However, it increased in next 5 years crossing 6% most of the time.
Please, give this govt 5 years to see if they can deliver on economy
