Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) former secretary Kanwar Dilshad has reportedly handed over documentary evidences of the alleged rigging in the May 11, 2013 general elections to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan.
According to sources, the former secretary on Saturday met with Imran in Islamabad and gave him the documentary evidences, which he has compiled in the form of a brief paper.
According to the document, a cell was allegedly set up under former Supreme Court judge Khalilur Rehman Ramday to rig the elections. It alleges that the cell had also the secret support of former chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry while former IGP Punjab Rana Maqbool was also a part of it.
According to Kanwar Dilshad, junior judges were appointed as returning officers to ensure rigging. However, according to sources, the document doesn’t offer any solid evidence. Interestingly, after the polls, the PTI had not filed any written complaint against the returning officers in the high courts.
Kanwar Dilshad has served as ECP’s secretary during the 2002 general elections and General Pervez Musharraf’s referendum. He also served as the head of a consultation group formed in 2013 for electoral reforms following Dr Tahirul Qadri’s long march against the former government.

This Dilshad was part of the rigging team commissioned by Mush under Maj Gen Ehtesham Zamir. Now this shameless comes up with a drama. At least this shows who is really behind the Imran-Qadri brigade.
@Ali PTI has been crying foul ALL YEAR since the election results. And please tell me are bridges and roads the ONLY way you guys judge the success of the government??? So one brigge remains incomplete and there are a lot of new bridges in Punjab! Bravo! What about the 12+ hours of load shedding in Punjab which were to be resolved in a year? Remember those promises? What about 'dragging Zardari on the streets of Lahore'? But gave him a Guard of Honor! Forgot that?? You can say IK is a failure all you want. The fact of the matter is that he has had the government for just a year and so far he is creating a platform for health care, schools and energy. PMLN has been in charge of Punjab for a looooong time but is apparently 'successful' in your eyes due to the bridges and roads. Enjoy the sweltering heat of July and August without a fan or AC but please do not forget to travel the metro bus! (insert all sort of sarcasm here!)

proof - is there any documentary proof of Zardaris or Gillanis' corruption? Did they ask anyone in writing?
Rather then accusing everyone just like that without any evidence,PTI and their tainted source Kanwar Dilshad should go to court if they have any substantial evidence regarding rigging in 2013 general elections. They are already facing a case/notice from ex CJ Ifthikhar Chaudry which they haven't so far been able to reply.
Imran Khan has a habit of badmouthing and maligning everyone including Judiciary,Election Commission,Election Commissioner,Media,Nadra,caretaker govt etc and he misses no opportunity & hurls baseless allegations against all of them as long as he likes with impunity without any fear of consequences.
Former CJ has taken him to court so that once and for all he gets opportunity to prove whatever that he has been alleging in a court of law. So far his lawyer Hamid Khan haven't filed any reply.
We need to come up we strong defamation law so that bad mouthers like Imran could be taken to task and make other slanderer like him fear for consequences before they hurl baseless allegations against others which they are unable to prove in courts.
This is no evidence its just his words against the rest. Please substantiate through voice recordings or memo advising returning officers to rig. Give us clear proof. Plus even PTI believes that there was no mass scale rigging since they did not boycott the election results and are only now crying foul after an year when they have honestly failed to perform in KPK. A bridge started by ANP in its tenor is yet to be completed and creating traffic woes for commuters. Khan sb, please build KPK into a model province in next elections you will held accountable for your actions.

I will protest against all those departments which will not allow me to become Prime Minister of Pakistan because that is my goal. Though I know that total authoritative control and I can do everything to make KPK a progressive state but that is a lot of work and I cannot waste my energy.
Instead let me take over everything and then Pakistan will progress in 90 days because Pakistan can never progress otherwise. I know its lame that I don't have a good team to build projects but who cares as far as i'm concerned, its the PM house for me. I'm a honest citizen but I don't accept writ of the courts of Pakistan, ECP and its government. Everyone is wrong but I'm the one and only superman, spiderman, batman and ofcourse I play good cricket too.

First person to be arrested and put on open trial should be Kanwar Dilshad as he was Secretary ECP and it was his responsibility to ensure and deliver free and fair election.The referendum during Musharaf time were super rigged and even Musharaf admitted this fact
