Online Initiative: PTCL launches education programme

The initiative, in the preliminary phase, will benefit 5,000 underprivileged students.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), the largest ICT services provider of the country, launched an online education programme, “Illuminating Learning Movement (ILM)” aimed at providing customised and interactive e-learning solutions to underprivileged students. The programme is launched in collaboration with Click2Learn – a comprehensive adaptive online education platform. The initiative, in the preliminary phase, will benefit 5,000 underprivileged students. This initiative by PTCL is in alignment with the Prime Ministers’ Youth Development Programme, enabling the marginalised youth to get e-learning education opportunities, resulting in employment and economic empowerment.
