Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s MPA Murad Raas was also present with Rasheed when their movement was halted by the police on one of the roads leading to Qadri's house.
Late last night, Punjab police set up pickets on all roads leading to the Minhajul Quran secretariat after an FIR was registered against Qadri. All roads leading to the secretariat have been sealed and heavy contingents of police have been deployed in the area.
“I have been asking them to remove the containers,” said Rasheed, adding that they have been standing on the road to protest against the the police barriers.
The leader of opposition went on to add that the barriers are a source of difficulty for residents and are causing traffic problems.
“We will have a meeting and see if they remove the containers on our suggestion, otherwise we will device an action,” he said.

Adnan Siddiqi... is a perfect example of a hypocrite status quo beneficiary. Do not have any arguments to back his claim but will come up with ridiculosu statements.
Everyday PML-N shows people a new low of tolerance. Why is there exit not justified then?
@Adnan Siddiqi: stop this nonsense please
Why so called "democrats" need to resort to these police tactics? Does it not show their mindset? Though I am not a PAT supporter.
@Ozair:
Why do Qadri and IK need to have the urge to communicate when all such endeavors are being handled on their behalf by a certain Shuja Pasha (Retired)?
So PMLN still have minds from the stone-age. By preventing someone from Meeting, they think they could stop communication.
