LAHORE: A man on Saturday shot dead his father and stepmother over a property dispute in Raiwind, police said. Abdul Sattar, a resident of Dera Khokharan, had been living with his second wife Farzana and their children for the last two and a half years. Police said Ghulam Mustafa, Sattar’s son from his first wife Naseem Bibi, was angry with his father over his second marriage. Mustafa, 28, had demanded his father give him his share from the ancestral property.  Police said Mustafa left the house on Friday night after an argument with his father and step mother over the property. He returned to the house early on Saturday, shot dead the couple while they were asleep and fled. Mustafa’s one-and-a-half year old step brother, Shoaib, also received a bullet in his head. He was taken to General hospital in critical condition. Police were looking for Mustafa.
