SARGODHA: The Police Department on Saturday arranged a flag-hoisting ceremony in connection with Independence Day celebrations at the DPO Office.
Addressing the ceremony, DPO Raja Basharat Mehmood said Muslims had to undergo a lot of hardships during the freedom movement.
“It is our national obligation to cooperate with the armed forces and the government of Pakistan in the fighti against terrorists,” he said.
