This is not just a picture of two of the finest vocalists of modern day Pakistani music but also of a tag team that took over Bollywood’s music scene like a storm. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan belongs to the family of the well-known Qawwal Ustad Fateh Ali Khan and took music lessons from his uncle Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Whereas, Shafqat Amanat Ali is the first singer from the Patiala gharana, who has chosen a formal career in playback singing rather than the traditional ghazal singing. The smiles on their faces speak a lot about their personal affiliation with each other.
