LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge on Friday dismissed post-arrest bail applications of a man and his wife accused of killing their eight-month-old son and two-year-old daughter. Sani Khan and his wife Bismah Bibi said they were innocent. The prosecution told the judge the couple had murdered the children and requested the court to dismiss the bail petitions.Salman Khan, Sani’s brother, had filed a complaint against the couple with Johor Town police. Police said they had confessed killing the children and blamed it on poverty.
