HYDERABAD: Qaumi Awami Tehreek leader Ayaz Palijo blamed the Sindh government led by the Pakistan Peoples Party for its alleged support to the oil and gas exploration companies who neither pay community development fund nor provide employment opportunities to the locals. In a statement issued on Thursday, Palijo gave reference to the Supreme Court’s hearing in a case pertaining to the oil and gas companies working in Badin, Ghotki and Sanghar districts of Sindh. Justice Gulzar Ahmed had observed in his remarks that if these companies had been spending on community development in accordance with the law, these cities would have developed.
