QUETTA: The Police and Frontier Corps (FC) arrested 10 suspects, allegedly involved in hindering the landing of a flight, during a search operation in Quetta. A few parties disrupted the landing of PIA’s flight No 254, travelling from Iran’s Mashad to Quetta by aiming laser beams at it on Tuesday night. “Ten suspects have been arrested and are being interrogated,” confirmed Superintendent of Police (SP) Sadar Police Station Mahmood Notezai. He also said the police and security forces have started a search in different neighbourhoods near the airport. The suspects have been shifted to undisclosed location for interrogation.
