Tragic: Man shot dead

RAWALPINDI: A man was shot dead under unexplained circumstances in the limits of Saddar Bairuni police.

Muhammad Yaqoob, in his statement, told the police that unidentified armed men opened fire at his son in Quaid-e-Azam Colony while he was en route to his office. He was taken to the District Headquarters Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The motive behind the murder could not be ascertained yet, said an official.
