Craving for some exotic dessert at iftar? Here is one great recipe  — it is very easy to make and you are going to love this energising Pineapple Yogurt dessert.

This revitalising sweet will not only bring back your vitamins and charge your system but it will also let you intake a zero calorie sweet.

Pineapple jelly — 1 pack

Yogurt — 1 cup

Low fat sugar — 1 cup

Pineapple syrup — 2 tbsp

Pineapple chunks — 1 cup

Boiling water — 1 cup

Digestive biscuits  — 2


Artificial sweetener — 2 tbsp

Method:

1.Take boiling water and put pineapple jelly crystals into it.

2. Put pineapple syrup, pineapple chunks, digestive biscuits and yogurt with the blended pineapple jelly crystals mixture.

3. Pour this mixture in a serving plate or bowl.

4. Place this in the freezer for an hour and then garnish it with a pineapple on top while serving.

Note: You can substitute the pineapple with just about any other fruit to make a delicious refreshing dessert to cool off this hot Ramadan.
