Tragic: Father, son shot by armed robbers

Doctors treating him there said that his condition was serious.

MULTAN: An elderly man was shot dead and his son received serious bullet wounds for resisting a robbery on Saturday. Police told journalists that six armed robbers forced entry into Muhammad Rehmat Ali’s house in Chak 13-MR, Makhdoom Rasheed. Ali’s son Muhammad Zeeshan tried to snatch a weapon from one of the robbers. The other robbers shot blindly at them, killing Rehmat Ali on the spot. Muhammad Zeeshan received serious injuries and was taken to Nishtar Hospital. Doctors treating him there said that his condition was serious.
