@KPK:

Good to hear that you at least realize that there are problems. Now you asked for advise.by the way searching each and every house is not the solution. Find some loyal people (to the country) in that community who can help instead of searching every home.

In my personal opinion

secure your boarders not every street and airports (because you can not secure each and every installation.)

Restructure intelligence (be proactive because all countries run and count on this key element)

Depoliticize police.

Educate people not only uneducated people also educated people. (So they can think without media influence)

By loyal to your country at all times.

Most important restructure your justice system. (If this will be right most other problem will be solved automatically)

I can not write about them :). But by the way they are doing good job for our country.

I can go on and on. I hope you will find it positive.

Thanks
