Salman’s first tweet told his fans to pay attention to his upcoming messages, where he would be trying something different which could be beneficial for them. A few minutes later, Salman tweeted
Appna Face book is not jst for time pass, use it to find work. http://t.co/iiif0r0x3j #Beinghumanjobs. Kaam ki cheez.

The actor also posted on Facebook, “Everyone on my fb page who doesn’t have a job, I’ve spoken to my friends to hire them. Obviously you need to fulfill the requirement.”
The actor came up with the idea after hearing that a number of his fans complained about the lack of jobs available in India. Through the launch of the web portal Being Human, a non-profit organisation which he started, Salman linked his fans to a page on the website with a number of available vacancies at various reputed firms in India.
Interestingly, the site crashed a few moments after Salman shared the link on Twitter, as the majority of fans thought the jobs would give them the opportunity to work with Salman himself, according to Hindustan Times. However, this wasn’t the case, and Salman soon clarified this on Twitter and set the record straight.
