Cruel Intentions: Four women abducted

FAISALABAD: Four women were abducted and a girl evaded a rape attempt in separate incidents across Faisalabad district on Saturday. Police said Abdur Rehman and his accomplices abducted a woman from Lala Mill Chowk and another woman was kidnapped in Khayaban Colony Two. A woman was allegedly lured by some men and abducted from Chak 321-RB. Police said another woman from the area was kidnapped by two men. Police have registered separate cases against the culprits. In another incident, two men overpowered a woman, resident of Sammundri, while she was on her way to a bazaar. The men intended to rape her but she resisted and raised hue and cry. The men fled. Sammundri City SHO told The Express Tribune that they had registered a case against the culprits and were looking for them.
