Seven IDPs of same family killed in Hangu firing

Dead include 2 women, police register case and begin search operation.

HANGU: Seven people belonging to the same family were killed in a house in the Kahi area of Hangu district, Express News reported on Wednesday.

Unidentified armed men entered the house and fired on the people inside, killing all of them, including two women.

According to reports, the victims belonged to one family of internally displaced persons (IDPs).

Rescue teams arrived at the scene shortly after the incident and the bodies of the deceased were taken to District Headquarters hospital (DHQ).

Police said that a case has been filed against the suspects and a search operation is also underway. They added that it is too soon to say anything about the attackers at this time.

Crimes against humanity are Talibs only purpose. Hence the reason they have to be eradicated.

In DAWN it said these people belonged to the Shia sect. Thanks a lot Taliban for your cowardly act shooting and killing innocent people including women.
