The police on Wednesday raided a shisha cafe in the Saddar Bairuni area of Rawalpindi and arrested one of the cafe staffer.
Acting on a tip-off, a police party raided the cafe and arrested Azizullah along with three hookahs, three bags of coil and 14 packets of flavours.
