KARACHI: A police constable was shot dead and another was injured in an attack on a police van in Mominabad on Wednesday evening. According to Mominabad police, at around 6:30pm, four unidentified men opened fire at a police van in which police constable Yasir was killed and Iqbal was injured. The attackers were on foot and managed to escape. There were three policemen and a driver inside the vehicle. It was taken to a roadside auto workshop for repairs when the attack happened. Yasir and Iqbal were immediately rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
