Graduation: PAF school holds parents’ day

Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Public School Lower Topa held its annual parents’ day on Sunday, with students presenting gymnastics, martial arts and aerobic shows, said a press release.


The school also put up an aero-modeling display in which students manoeuvred radio-controlled model aircraft in the air. Guests and parents applauded the young Topians’ performance in all fields.

The chief guest, Vice Chief of the Air Staff Air Marshal Athar Hussain Bukhari appreciated the students and faculty members for producing exceptional results in curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Air Vice Marshal (retd) Imtiaz Hyder, the school principal, presented an annual report highlighting the achievements of the institute.

Later, the chief guest awarded prizes to the winners of various contests.

Imad Khan won the Topian Tiger Trophy for sports, Kamal Azfar clinched the Topian Scholar Trophy for academics and Nasr Kakakhel received the Topian Eagle Trophy for overall best performance. The Quaid-i-Azam shield for the best all-round performance went to Aurangzeb House, the champion house for the year 2014.
