A day of violence: Three killed in separate incidents

SWABI: Three people were killed and one injured in separate incidents in the limits of Kalu Khan police station on Sunday. According to a police report, unidentified assailants riding a motorcycle opened fire at a group of men watching a cricket game and injured one person. The injured man, identified as Faramosh, was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to his wounds. In the second incident in Tora Cheena, Shahnawaz allegedly gunned down Gulzeb and injured a passer-by over an old enmity. Meanwhile, Zaibanullah lodged a report with the police stating his father Wazir Muhammad was allegedly killed by Jan Muhammad and his accomplice, identified as Bahar Ali. Police have registered the cases and started investigation.
