More than 10 kilograms of explosives belonging to a construction company working at the site had been missing since Wednesday. Three labourers admitted to stealing the explosives and hiding them in the bushes after the police arrested workers and launched an investigation on Friday. Azad Jammu and Kashmir Inspector General of Police Malik Khuda Bakhsh Awan awarded Rs10,000 and a certificate to Constable Raja Bilal for recovering the missing explosives.
