Non-Compliance of orders: Court suspends SHO’s salary

FAISALABAD: Additional District and Sessions Judge Farrukh Hameed on Saturday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the Chak Jhumra station house officer and ordered suspension of his salary over non-compliance of court orders. SHO Rana Mazharul Haq had been summoned repeatedly as witnesses in an abduction case in the State vs Faiz Rasool case pending in the court. He had failed to comply with court orders. Taking serious notice, the judge ordered the suspension of his salary with immediate effect. The court also issued arrest warrants for the police officer and directed the circle officer to arrest the SHO and produce him before the court on June 7.
