According to the pamphlet, the militant group is preparing to fight against the security forces' planned operation in the agency and has given residents of the area until June 10 to vacate the area and move to safety.
The pamphlet said the government of Pakistan breached the peace accord with them by launching air strikes and an operation killing innocent children, women and the elderly.
The group also warned the residents not to seek refuge in government camps but to move closer to the borders of Afghanistan enabling them to easily migrate there.
Further, Bahadar urged locals to break all ties with the government and military officials by June 10 or action will be taken against them.
The pamphlet also stated that the residents will not be permitted to go to government camps after the given deadline and asked tribesmen to join them in their fight or to leave the area.
The group intends to focus its attention on defending North Waziristan after June 10 and will halt its operations in Afghanistan, the pamphlet said.

Why the Pakistan airforce and army did not evacuated the civilians before strikes. Big mistake by army.
Anyone think that these guys are looking out for the welfare of the local people? Seems like they want everyone to retreat to Afghanistan to provide civilian shield as they joint the refugees so they can find safe sanctuary across the border.
Do not go for any operation since this war cannot be fought till end by either side, dialogue is the only solution.

It clearly seems that the situation in the Northern Waziristan region remains volatile with Gul Bahdur’s TTP group threatening to continue with their attacks on Pakistani forces and people who support them. Pakistanis have suffered enough by the mayhem created by these terror groups. We appreciate the counter terrorism efforts of the Pakistani security forces and hope the threats by this group will also be neutralized, so the people of the region do not suffer at the hands of the terrorists. We stand by with the people and the government of Pakistan in their quest for peace.

They are launching operation because air strikes conducted by the Pakistan Army killed innocent children? Had they cared so much about innocent children, they would not have conducted terrorist activities. This proves that the air strikes by Pakistan Army was precise and killed these terrorist.

It, at leas,t gives time to ordinary people to vacate the area before it starts retaliation unlike the army which has started indiscriminate bombing in the area giving no time to the people to take their children and women to safer places.
