Four people including a Levies official were killed when militants open fired in Lower Orakzai on Thursday.
The incident occurred when mourners were returning from a funeral of a woman in the Kharkhosha area of the agency, an official of the political administration said.
The official said that militants opened fire at the tribesmen, killing a Levies official.
The dead and injured were shifted to Kohat and Kalaya hospitals. Four persons were killed at the same spot a month ago after armed persons launched an attack during a jirga proceeding.
