Casting Ballots: NYO holds intra-party elections

KARACHI: The National Youth Organisation (NYO) of the Awami National Party (ANP) conducted its intra-party elections at the ANP ward office in Gulistan-e-Jauhar on Sunday. NYO is a sister organisation of the ANP that was constituted in September last year. Its aim is to politically groom the youth. “The organising committee and election commission prepared for the elections across the country,” said Aslam Mandokhel. Noor Islam Safi, Attaullah Khan and Dost Muhammad were elected unopposed as president, general-secretary and senior vice-president, respectively.
