Service punch-2014: Pakistan’s first service conference held

A large number of CEOs, business leaders, delegates and guests from customer services and other business backgrounds attended Service Punch-2014, Pakistan’s first ever service conference. Activ8 Private Limited arranged the event in collaboration with Pakistan Human Capital Forum and Evenment. Umer Saeed Khan, CEO of Activ8 inaugurated the conference. Bouzeneth Benouda, managing director of Metro Habib and Roshaneh Zafar, managing director of Kashf Foundation, were among the key speakers. The event focused on themes related to customer care in view of featured panellists from several companies. The conference featured the first-ever Service Awards, based on a survey by rozee.pk, for best service providers in different sectors. The MCB, Standard Chartered, Nestle, McDonalds, Honda, TCS, Wi-Tribe, PC, LUMS and Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre topped in their respective industry categories.
