I make her look good: Abhishek on Aishwarya

Star couple hosted amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS fundraiser.

Actor and former beauty queen Aishwarya Rai has been creating ‘dhoom’ at the Cannes Film Festival this year. It is no surprise that her husband and actor Abhishek Bachchan seems completely blown away by his wife’s latest avatars.

At the amfAR gala on Thursday night, the star couple made a glamorous appearance, with Abhishek dressed in black and Aishwarya sporting an Armani Privé gown. Picture perfect, Bollywood’s sizzling pair was snapped in a romantic eye-in-eye candid pose at the gala.

Junior Bachchan shared the moment with his Twitterati and posted, “I make her look good! Then again... anybody compared to me will look good.” The duo played hosts to amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS fundraiser. Their daughter Aaradhya also accompanied them on their trip.

Abhishek has had a tough schedule. He took some time off the shoot in Shimla for his upcoming film All Is Well to attend the auction of his Jaipur franchise of the Pro Kabaddi League. He returned to the hill station for his shoot before leaving for Cannes.

After attending to his commitments in the city, he is travelling back to India. “After a great night with amfAR and getting to spend time with my girls, it’s time to go back to India and work,” he tweeted.

Aishwarya, who is attending the 67th Cannes International Film Festival event as the L’Oréal Paris ambassador, sported L’Or Lumière-inspired make-up with red lips, turquoise eyes and thick mascara. Flaunting soft curls, she let her hair loose and was a total head turner.
