Beautify the city: Remove all encroachments, orders SHC
The Sindh High Court has ordered the police and municipal authorities to remove encroachments from the Qasimabad.

The Sindh High Court has ordered the police and municipal authorities to remove encroachments from the Qasimabad Municipal Administration; one of Hyderabad’s three municipal divisions. The bench of Justice Syed Hassan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Muhammad Junaid Ghaffar on Thursday also ordered removal of all garbage dumps and sewage puddles in the area. The judges took notice of the non-compliance of an identical order of the bench in December last year and reprimanded municipal officer Hatim Mallah. The dumping as well as subsequent burning of the waste causes pollution and leads to health issues and environmental damage.
