Armed robbers: Cash, gold stolen from house

RAWALPINDI: A quartet of armed robbers ransacked a house in F-Block on Wednesday, pilfering gold and cash before escaping. The New Town police filed case and started investigation. Dr Arshad Rana told the police that four armed robbers entered his house at 4:30pm and held his family at gunpoint before stealing cash, gold ornaments and other valuables. SHO Syed Ijaz Hussain Shah confirmed the incident.
