Rangers raid: 3 TTP members arrested in Karachi

Three members of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) were arrested during a raid by Rangers personnel in Karachi, Express News reported on Tuesday.
According to Rangers officials, the search was conducted in the Quaidabad area of the city after receiving a tip-off regarding the presence of TTP members in the neighbourhood.
During the raid, the TTP members opened fire which led to retaliatory firing from the Rangers personnel. The three members were subsequently arrested.
Various weapons as well as hand grenades were also seized during the operation. It was reported that these three members were wanted by the police in various criminal cases.
