“Baba Ladla was crossing the border when Iranian border guards opened fire at him. He received three bullet wounds and had died on the spot,” source across the border told The Express Tribune, adding that the guards had opened fire after Baba Ladla’s car failed to stop for routine security check. His body is currently in the custody of Iranian border guards.
Some sources said the incident took place at the international border crossing point Border 250 near Chahbahar, while other sources put the location at Mund Bullo.
Baba Ladla was crossing the border along with his accomplices when the Iranian border guards fired at them. However, the sources only confirmed the death of Baba Ladla.
Intelligence sources told The Express Tribune that the deceased was Baba Ladla, who died from three fatal bullet wounds.
On the other hand, officials in Gawadar said they did not know about the incident, nor had any Iranian officials approached them.
Ladla was wanted by law enforcement agencies and his name was in Sindh Police’s ‘Red Book’ with a bounty for his capture.
With a targeted operation against criminals underway in Karachi, the top gangsters had managed to move out of the city. Baba Ladla’s rival Uzair Jan Baloch is believed to have fled to either Oman or Dubai.

Raj from Amreeka... Narendra can only can take of helpless, what do you call them? "mini-pakistans" of muslim ghettos of india.
He can't even touch the REAL pakistan.
The bounty money to be sent to the iranian border guards and their identities concealed.
@Raj- USA I doubt a country like india would want to put an end to problems in Pakistan when most of these problems are funded by them in the first place. Moreover, for a country which has one of the highest poverty rates in the world I would suggest they look into their own problems rather than fantasizing about solving problems for others. Charity begins at home.
The biggest loss of this is for the Express Tribune... they used to write such romanticized stories of these criminals.. what will they do now?? Don't lose hope tribune... Karachi is not short of Criminals..
@Raj - USA: Viva! Bravo! Well said. Ole! Mubarak. have a nice day,

As they say in Persian: "Khas Kam Pak Jahan Pak"
RIP Shaheed Baba Ladla. You will be sorely missed by the gansters of Pakistan.
@RKM: Please start praying for all the killers, sinners, decoits, thieves and rapists who have died and whose absence has made this world a liveable place. What a logic and excuse for not condemning the sinners.
As Pakistan is unable to do anything to terrorists and criminals, it is now left to Abdullah Abdullah, Narendra and Ayotollah to tackle it their own way.
What was he doing there? Trying to smuggle Iranian petrol?
Couldn't have asked for a better neighbor if this information is true
