The Islamabad Traffic Police have issued a special alternative traffic plan for the capital to facilitate Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf rally participants.

According to the plan, those coming from GT Road, Peshawar and the motorway have been directed to take a left turn from Islamabad Chowk to reach the venue, while travellers from Lahore and other parts of Punjab have been asked to use the Expressway from T-Cross. Those coming from Murree have been directed to reach the venue via Bhara Kahu.

Separate parking areas have also been specified for parking of vehicles. According to the plan, vehicles could be parked in Blue Area after taking a right turn from Faisal Avenue, Khayaban-e-Chowk.

The right and left sides of Kulsoom Plaza have also been specified for parking vehicles, while the service road has been marked for parking motorbikes.

VIPs have been directed to park their vehicles on Embassy Road. The participants will use Fazal-e-Haq Road and Nazimuddin Road to leave the venue.
