One may easily claim that little would be done in future to address the PTI’s concerns regarding rigging.
MIANWALI: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has invited PTI chief Imran Khan to address the latter’s reservations regarding the electoral process and discuss how the poll mechanism can be made more transparent.
The question is, will the prime minister be able to resolve any electoral issues by having this meeting? Given that in the last many months of its tenure, the government has barely done anything in this regard, one may easily claim that little would be done in future to address the PTI’s concerns regarding rigging.
