KARACHI:

The Sindh Squash Association (SSA) has suspended secretary Amir Khan for failing to handle the administrative affairs of Pakistan Squash Federation’s Jahangir Khan Squash Complex.

This decision was taken in the Executive Committee and Annual General Council Meeting of the SSA.

He was held responsible for failing to have the SSA record audited, visiting any district and taking approval from the president before spending millions of rupees besides being quite below the mark in the administrative affairs of the PSF Jahangir Khan Squash Complex.

“The house unanimously passed the resolution to suspend Muhammad Amir Khan as honorary secretary SSA,” read an official press release. In his defence, Amir stated that Khanzada was attempting to get rid of him because the president’s own authority has been questioned in recent times.

According to him, Khanzada has failed to act professional in capacity of SSA president.
