Targeted again : Blast damages private medical facility
Police reached the spot and cordoned off the area.

DPO Iftikhar Ahmad said the boundary wall of Dr Hameed Akbar’s private medical centre, near Cheshma mosque, was blown up a little after midnight.
Police immediately reached the spot and cordoned off the area. Ahmad further said no human loss was reported in the incident.
While talking to the media, owner of the medical centre said he does not have an enmity with anyone and had not received any threats.
This was the second attack on the same facility as about four months back, the building was targeted in a blast in which six patients were injured.
