Roadside bombing: Pro-govt militia member killed

A road side bomb kills one and injures three.

LANDIKOTAL: A member of the pro-government militia Touheedul Islam (TI) was killed and three others injured when a roadside bomb exploded near their vehicle in Ziaodin in the early hours of Sunday. A political administration official said TI member Ibrahim Khan and three others were en route to Ziaodin from Zakha Khel when an improvised explosive device planted by unidentified militants was remotely detonated. Ibrahim was killed on the spot while the other three were injured. They were rushed to Jamrud Civil Hospital from where they were referred to a hospital in Peshawar. The vehicle they were travelling in was completely destroyed in the explosion.
