A man was shot and injured for offering resistance to robbers in the Banni area on Saturday.
Faisal told the police that he was intercepted by four armed men in Phagwari while he was going home and tried to snatch his mobile phone.
One of the robbers opened fire when he offered resistance. Faisal had been shot in the hand, said a police official.
