Not only is she a beautiful young woman, but also has a heart of gold. While shooting for a commercial in Pune, Shraddha met a father-daughter duo in her van. The meeting took an unfavourable turn when the girl’s father while praising Shraddha, said to her that his daughter is not as pretty as her, reported bollywood.com. “That did not go down well with Shraddha. She thought [the father’s comment] might damage the little girl’s self-esteem,” said a source.
Shraddha told the girl that she has a pretty smile and for being disrespectful towards his daughter, she took the man outside and scolded him. “Shraddha also told him that what he said could have serious implications for her growing years,” the source added.
Confirming the news about the considerate Aashiqui 2 actor, her spokesperson said, “Shraddha’s words made the man repent his behaviour. She later met his daughter again and all was good.”
According to the spokesperson, Shraddha told the girl to dream big and believe that she is the best. “The man was so touched by this that he wrote a letter to her parents (Shakti and Shivangi Kapoor), praising her upbringing.”
