Fighting dengue: LHC wants expired drugs disposed off

LAHORE: Lahore High Court Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial Tuesday directed the government to dispose of expired dengue drugs stored by the Health Department. Advocate Naushab Khan told the court the drugs had been acquired in 2011. He said the drugs should be disposed of. The additional advocate general said the government would not use the drugs. The judge directed the government to prepare separate inventories of expired drugs and disposed of the petition.
