Painful encounter: Passenger injured in accident

ISLAMABAD: A passenger was injured in a road accident on Murre Road near Chattar on Tuesday. Shakeel Ahmed lodged a report with the local police stating he was travelling in a Toyota Hiace (RLC-1891) when a speeding truck (TAT-581) driven by Shafiq Ahmed hit the van, injuring Shakeel. Meanwhile, the same police seized 115 grams of hashish from Adeel Ahmed and 110 grams from Waheed Ahmed. Separate cases have been registered under the relevant laws.
