Accountability: Police arrest proclaimed offenders

According to police, the six proclaimed offenders were arrested in separate raids.

MULTAN: Police claimed on Monday to have arrested 22 criminals including six proclaimed offenders. They also recovered weapons and drugs from their possession. According to police, the six proclaimed offenders were arrested in separate raids. They were identified as Sharafat, Zainab, Kamran, Allah Bukhsh, Javed and Munir Ahmed. Police also arrested 10 drug peddlers. Police said they recovered 20 litres of alcohol, 675grams of hashish, 240 grams of heroin, two pistols, and two rifles from their possession. Bashir suspected of extortion was arrested by Shah Shams Police.
