That's easy money. The common Pakistani pays his bills regularly, SSGC can disconnect their gas connection if anyone defaults. Once the SSGC sent me an inflated bill, saying that my meter is faulty since one year, they did not bother to replace the meter the very first month, and just woke up from their slumber billed me for one year. If they wish to raise the deposit amount, then do it with commercial consumers.
