Gone missing: PTCL employee reportedly kidnapped

JAMRUD: A government official was allegedly kidnapped by unidentified people in Jamrud tehsil of Khyber Agency late on Monday. Ali Sher, an official of the political administration, said Yahya Khan*, a recovery officer at PTCL Peshawar, was on his way to Bakarabad from the city when he was kidnapped at gunpoint and shifted to an undisclosed location. Khan allegedly had a land dispute with other tribesmen of the area and had also been abducted once before.
