The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) on Wednesday condemned the Sibi train bombing and the Islamabad Sabzi Mandi blast calling such attacks on innocent civilians ‘un-Islamic and unjustified’.
The United Baloch Army, a banned Baloch insurgents group, claimed responsibility for both attacks.
“The suppressed people of Sindh and Balochistan are our brethren and the atrocities committed by state elements against them are the worst chapters of human history, but targeting innocent civilians in retaliation is also unjustified,” TTP central spokesman Shahidullah Shahid said in a statement.
He added that the involvement of the ‘secret hand’ in such attacks could not be ignored. “When they [secret forces] fail to control any militant organisation, they try to malign it by carrying out attacks [in its name],” Shahid said. “Unknown forces have carried out many such attacks in Lahore, Peshawar and other cities using the name of the TTP.”
The Taliban spokesman said that the media acknowledged the effective implementation of a ceasefire by the TTP and “now the people of Pakistan might have known which elements are behind attacks on public places”.

A muslim can never hurt a muslim.Thanks for clarifying our doubts,Tehreek
@ali:
Not surprisingly you agreed and added onto the extremist TTP's statement by ranting off against nations you hate (except for Pak and KSA, of course...oddly India too) while overlooking (or evading/deflecting) TTP's own hypocrisy and acts of terrorist violence and bombings. France? Even if its in regards to Mali or Libya, its just so ridiculous mentioning them on anything related to terrorism in Pakistan...shaking my head.
Our heart and prayers go out to the friends and families of all those who have fallen victim to the terrorists atrocities. It is no secret that the nation of Pakistan has been plagued with the acts of terror, and as many have already mentioned here, thousands of innocent Pakistanis have lost their lives to indiscriminate killings. The series of suicide attacks, in the last week alone, proves that the threat of terrorism continues to loom over the region, especially Pakistan. But rest assured, our shared will and desire to restore peace in the region, remains unaffected. Our nations continue to strive forward with regards to our shared peace objectives. We commend the efforts and sacrifices of the Pakistani security forces, and have full confidence in Pakistani government’s ability to negate the threat of violence from the country.

@Shaid Takiariam:
Agreed. And the remarkable thing is that at the time of partition Pakistan had fewer problems and more resources then India and had the potential to lead the region in societal and economic growth. Alas for the nepotism, dishonesty and shortsightedness of the leaders. As someone said that when the leaders goes corrupt the society as whole get corrupted.
I am expressing deep sorrow and sympathy to those who are suffering at the hands of religious extremists in Pakistan. Time has come where authorities has to take strict action and curb their activities for the welfare of the common citizens.No religion preaches hate redness and no religious leader is above law & order of the Nation.
The TTP has killed tens of thousands of innocent civilians .. late in the game to start labeling such slaughter as "un-Islamic".
@Shaid Takiariam: I am a Pakistani and I could not agree more. Well done India, I must say.
TWO countries created on the same day - India moves proudly its citizens are sharing in the wealth of the world in technology - business- economy its tourism is flourishing its Bollywood is spreading and it is being recognizedstrong text as the fastest growing democracyy in Asia Pakistan moves backwards - no known tech company wants to invest in the vast pool of talent, business are skeptical of the security and the lack of support to protect its employees where there are daily acts of violence as the government negotiate with know terrorist in a different province every day the citizens are held hostage and it is bring the lack luster title as the most dangerous country in the world.
HaHaaah!!! Look who's talking!!! When the TTT says this then it only means onE thing and that is, THEY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO KILL INNOCENT CIVILIANS, NOBODY ELSE. The TTP belongs to the Highest Hypocritic Order. Salams
So now they admit they are not muslims.Still some people think they are heroes of Islam.
WELCOME TO PAKISTAN - when it comes to killing no one is discriminated where the citizens are silent and the political figures scream and point fingers at each other and where the innocent bury their dead and the world looks with pity at a nation that has fallen into darkness,
Look who is saying
what an about face? are these not the same people who have killed around 40,000 innocent Pakistanis - where was islam then.
Is this a joke? Or has express media group's sense of humor if just too funny?
And what about the attacks that made you stakeholders? They must be Islamic and constitutional.
These people are not only terrorists ,but liars too.
The nonsense we hear daily in the name of "Innocent Civilians"
unless it is carried out by a powerful country, such as, Iran, Israel, Russia, US of A, or France
This is great. The thieves are proclaiming this un-Islamic when thhey have themselves carried out such attacks. These guys ave no respect or love for teir fellow human beings. I appeal to all religious leaders to conemn such attacks and may be even issue a fatwa against such attacks killing innocent people.
Look who's talking.
