Short circuit: Fire erupts in Utility Store outlet
No casualty reported, police estimate losses at Rs6 million.
RAWALPINDI:
Fire erupted at a Utility Store in Mareer in the Civil Line police area on Thursday. According to the police, the fire was due to short circuiting. A team of Rescue 1122 and fire brigade officials reached the site and extinguishing fire. The Rescue official said the operation took them half-an-hour to control the fire. However, no casualty was reported. According to the police, losses were estimated at Rs6 million.
