Issuing fake passports: Suspect sent on physical remand

Amir Aziz allegedly charged citizens Rs30,000 each on pretext of sending them to Muscat for work.

ISLAMABAD: A civil judge on Wednesday sent a suspect on a two-day physical remand. The Passport Cell had arrested Amir Aziz for his alleged involvement in deceiving gullible citizens by charging Rs30,000 each on the pretext of sending them to Muscat for work. He has been handed over to the FIA for his physical remand. Inspector Passport Cell Naeem Niazi produced the accused in the court told and said that the suspect was arrested by the police from a hotel in Satara Market in Sector G-7 along with 10 fake passports.
