MIRANSHAH: A number of students from North Waziristan on Sunday demanded the government take action against repeated unannounced curfews in the agency which affects their education. Tribal elders Malik Zakir Khan and Malik Shah Jehan demanded the government end the routine curfews, saying most of the families who had enrolled their children in the agency’s schools have shifted to DI Khan, Bannu and Peshawar as the students’ academic years were being wasted.
