Sharmila Farooqi’s car stolen at gun point in Karachi

The provincial culture minister was not in her government issued vehicle when it was snatched from her driver.

KARACHI: The worsening law and order situation in Karachi spares no one, as Sindh Minister for Culture Sharmila Farooqi’s official car was stolen at gun point near New Town area on Friday evening, Express News reported Friday evening.

According to SSP East, the incident occurred in the New Town area of Karachi near her residence. She was not in the government issued vehicle when it was snatched from her driver.
